When should I expect a refund on my returned order?

Generally return processing takes 2-3 weeks. Please be aware that it may take longer during peak holiday seasons.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes. On the day your order is scheduled to ship, a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order.

Do you ship overnight (NDA)?

We process orders the day they are placed and are guaranteed to leave our warehouse the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Thursday, it will ship out on Friday for arrival on Monday.

Why does my wreath appear small?

Wreaths need to be fluffed and shaped to reach their full measured size. We package our wreaths tightly for your protection to ensure that they will not get damaged during transit.

Why is there a section of lights out on my strand of lights?

First, check each bulb to see that it is fully inserted into the socket. This is the most common cause. Second, check if the bulb wires are making proper contact; remove the bulb and adjust the wire if necessary.

The flocking is coming off my flocked tree, wreath, or garland. Is it defective?

No. A flocked tree is covered with a sprayed-on, fibrous material to imitate snow. Flocking is looser than frosting and can crumble off with movement or handling. This is normal behavior.
